They were out of promised supplies such as a shortage of keys, it was explained to us that patrons were keeping their keys, hoarding them, and asking for new ones, no ice bucket but I guess they weren’t needed as the ice machine was broken. Questionable people in and around the hotel. We left. Whether we get our money back or not (hope we do), we just didn’t feel safe there.

A lot of roaches of different sizes. Roaches crawling on the bed, sofa, table, furniture, bathroom and lamps. I switched room because it was infested, but the second room I got was even worse. The roaches started crawling on my sheets, bed and luggage. I had a bad sleep, I did not sleep at all thinking about roaches with the lights on. The people at front desk and housekeeping were so nice to us, not complaint about them.

Went to sleep and around 3am i realized something was biting me. Woke up to bed bugs in the bed. My arm was ate up from them. Told front desk . They giving me the run around. And dont want to reimburse me my money back .
