Elevators, hallway, smelled like urine. Room bathroom also smelled like urine. Carpet on the room and hallway was heavily stained actually looked dirty. Bathroom was not clean in the room. Stains on the sink and in the tub. Both lamp shades were ripped. There was no view of the arch or river only the side of a building as a view. Drunk people occupying the elevator and we were told by an employee we couldn’t get on the elevator to wait on the next on. Random people outside the building Overall very uncomfortable atmosphere

This hotel appears to have not been cleaned in any capacity for the past 10 years. The vent in the bathroom was covered in grey dust. The shower spigot was that of a fire hose. The blackout curtains had small pinholes throughout. The carpet was disgusting. The tv very outdated and access to options was horrible. Will not come back.

I came down to watch the St. Louis game. The carpets were filthy. The furniture look like it came from Goodwill. There was no breakfast or restaurant to have breakfast. The shuttle had absolutely no schedule and I ended up needing to take an Uber back-and-forth to Bush Stadium.

Room was lovely and big and was clean. Only 1 coffee provided with the coffee machine although it did state that I could call reception for more. I do however think that the room should be done each day for clean towels and the bed made. We only found the card that said you had to contact reception if you wanted your room done afterwards. Although not in the centre of St Louis an Uber only cost approximately $11 so it was a good position.

This is a very dated property and needs major cleaning, updating and repair. The carpeting was filthy and full of large stains. The bathroom counter was dirty with spots which I cleaned up. The toilet needs to be either replaced or repaired. It was not properly secured to the floor and ran constantly. There was also no stopper in the sink. The air conditioning unit was very loud and stopped working during the night. Thank goodness the sheets seemed clean. No one was at the desk upon checkout so these concerns could not be shared.

The shuttle with Mr. Tracy was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable. The fact that you had it made my game-going experience extremely enjoyable. If he hasn’t had a raise lately, he should get one! My room was clean. The staff was friendly,polite, and pleasant.Our stay was just one night, but it was great!
