The staff are friendly and professional. The room was clean, the food was good, and the hotel is in a very convenient location. Very affordable stay.

When we got to our room the sliding door to the bathroom was very hard to push open. We talked to the front desk and the Maintenance Man came up within 10 minutes to fix it, and it worked from then on. The problem was that were no amenities in our room, i.e. ice bucket or glasses or TV menu.

We had to change rooms twice because the heat wasn't working and there was no maintenance person on the premises, we were told. The staff was great -- very helpful and apologetic for the problems. Wifi kept kicking my wife's computer off the network.

The staff arranged for an early check in which was very nice. Our room had a very lose shower/faucet handle and the plug in the bathroom didn't work after trying to reset so a few maintenance items that are needed. Great for a quick rest right off the interstate.

Bed were a little on the hard side, pillows were very comfortable though. Room was pretty small, had no closet to hang out clothes in. Biggest complaint is they put us in a room that had a door to the other room and the guests nextdoor were so loud all night long, our two little ones did not sleep well not did we parents.

Sadly the hot tub was out of order which was something we were definitely looking forward to after our night in the cold but those things happen. Check in was held up because Orbitz’s digital credit card number wasn’t working, but after a call to Orbitz things got straightened out. It was standing room only in the breakfast and they were struggling to keep up but what I did get was good! Throughout the various things the staff was kind and worked hard. I would stay again if needed.

Expensive for less amenity than what you’d expect. Checking in was a pain and I was charged unexpected fees that aren’t listed by Expedia. The woman at the counter seemed about ready to spit at me for using a “third party” booking site. I was too exhausted to care much since I got in so late. At least I had somewhere to stay the night. Breakfast was half decent.
