I did appreciate the room size and quiet atmosphere away from the casino. The room servicing was poor. I only wanted the bathroom cleaned on the second day and brought it to the staff attention. I left for the day and it was not done. I brought it to the staff attention again on the next day and left for the day and it was not done on my return. I was leaving the next morning, so the point became moot.

Blood in bed sheets
There was blood on the sheets and we were told to change the sheets on own. After I just paid over 300 dollars for the night. I just had to check out and return home at 3am.

We were not able to arrive until 3am due to flight delays. The hotel had canceled my reservation as a "no show" and charged us a second time for a room so we could just go to sleep after a very long trip. Additionally, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, only a sign saying that someone would be back "shortly". After waiting 20+ minutes, I called to hotel number only to find out that the front desk clerk was on their lunch break.

We had 2 rooms. One of the rooms the toilet mad an aweful noise. I fixed that one myself. In the other room the bathroom faucet was broken. You could turn it on but then you couldn't turn it off. We called for maintenance but they never shoed up. So the faucet ran all night long and could still be running as far as I know. It was still running when we left this morning.

Convenient location
Nice quick stay for work while in-town. Staff were helpful, check in was easy, room clean and Wifi worked well. Bed was a little firm for my taste but otherwise no complaints. Liked the onsite 99 Hops bar with its wide variety of local craft beers.
