1st night no Heat
On our first night there was no heat. We contacted Property Management immediately. Please keep in mind it was 40 degrees outside and it was totally unacceptable to have no heat. The house had a smart thermostat that indicated an error and property management was aware of this issue but no one was monitoring the warning. We asked for a space heater and was refused. A maintenance man did stop by but was not an electrician and not much he could offer but to try and reset the thermostat. I started texting property management the next morning about 9:30 am and received a text stating it was Sunday and a holy day and please be patient as the staff was attending church, however, I could send them a Prayer Request... what are you freaking kidding me. A prayer request was not going to get me heat. I continued to send text and was finally told an electrician would be out to repair the issue but they could not provide an estimated time. Therefore, we were stuck at the property until the electrician arrived, which was 5pm in the afternoon. Also, after many complaints we did receive a space heater at 2:00 in the afternoon. I understand things break, however, there were plenty of other electricians but this company only wanted to use a specific company and to not supply a space heater is totally unacceptable. I did receive 1 night compensation but I had to insist for that to be issued.
