Welcome to 618 Harbour Oaks! This second floor 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom St. Simons Island condo rental has been beautifully remodeled and features an open living floorplan within a private gated community. 618 Harbour Oaks has everything guests will need during their St. Simons Island getaway!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances including a wine refrigerator with a coastal farmhouse design. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the chef's kitchen that provides all the comforts of home with open views of the living room, dining space and the outdoors.

The large living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a large 55" HD Smart TV, perfect for watching the game or a family movie night. The living room has direct access to the quaint balcony and dining area with seating for four guests.

The Primary Suite is spacious and features a comfortable king bed with an HD TV. The en suite Primary Bathroom will treat guests to a high end vanity with a private walk-in shower.

The Guest Bedroom offers guests a large bedroom with two twin beds and an HD TV, perfect for the kids who want to enjoy time playing games. The private en suite guest bathroom features a new vanity as well as a tub/shower.

Harbour Oaks has a large community pool, two tennis courts, fitness facility, beautiful lagoons with fountains and wonderful grounds which are well maintained. All of these wonderful amenities are within the gates of the community, but guests are a quick 5 minute walk to the St. Simons Pier Village Area, beaches, many restaurants, shopping, pickleball courts, playgrounds with basketball courts and so much more!

Home away from home

This condo was newly renovated and had everything we could ever imagined! It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen! The owners really thought of everything as far as things to make our stay more enjoyable. They had games, cards, puzzles, books and more! We will definitely be returning!

Great stay!

Property is as described. Located in a nice, gated condo complex and included one covered parking space. Unit was clean and spacious for us. There were 3 of us but plenty of space for another adult. Nice, large park only about a 3-4 minute walk away and short walk or very short drive to the village area. No complaints/concerns and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, cozy condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean as described. Wonderful linens and cozy beds.Check in was seamless. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the village restaurants/shops and Pier. It was not however “steps to the beach”. Short drive to beach-we enjoyed beautiful sunrises. The condo was very well equipped and we didn’t want for anything.The booklet in the condo has all the island info including restaurant menus.I would stay again!

Lovely rental!

This was my favorite single family rental yet. I loved that there were beach/pool towels provided, pickleball gear, and really nice beach decor. It was very close to the pool and on the second (top!) floor. We were very comfortable. The living room furniture is getting quite worn, but that is my only minor complaint. Location was awesome!

Wonderful place to stay!

Five stars all the way. The condo was spotlessly clean, had beautiful linens (and plenty!), had three TVs, was tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and decor. The gourmet kitchen provided the newest appliances (including a mini wine fridge!) as well as every conceivable utensil. The property was also a very short walk to the pool which I personally appreciated. Overall, a five-star experience.

Wonderful!

The condo was comfortable, spacious, and I loved the decor! I also loved the landscape of the complex -- the live oaks, palmetto palms, waterways, etc. were so calming and beautiful. My husband and I took advantage of all the amenities - workout room, tennis court, and pool. All were in excellent condition. Harbour Oaks was in a very central location, close to everything. I would definitely recommend it!

First visit to St. Simon's

This was our first time visiting St. Simon's Island, and the condo did not disappoint! It was the perfect base to explore the island, especially the village and its surroundings. It was spotless, very nicely furnished, and equipped with many amenities (Keurig machine, games, magazines, etc.). We were really able to relax and spread out in the condo, which made for a great vacation. The communication (regarding check-in/check-out, local recommendations, etc.) was excellent and much appreciated. The pool in the complex didn't have any shade options, but that didn't keep my kids from enjoying it. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Girls Trip

Girls Trip to SSI did not disappoint. We loved the condo, it was beautiful. The Pier Village was within walking distance and we enjoyed delicious food at Half Shell & Iguanas. Also visited Red Fern Village and we enjoyed Two Friends Bubble Bar, this is a must for a girls trip. We had such an amazing time & by far our favorite restaurant was Fiddlers!! East Beach is not within walking distance, but is just a short drive. Unfortunately for us, on our second visit the jellyfish were out in full force so we did not stay long. We definitely recommend SSI and staying at this location, you will not be disappointed.

Summer Beach Birthday Getaway

My family & I stayed at this condo to celebrate my husband’s birthday and to enjoy a summer beach getaway. We had an absolute blast! The condo was perfectly decorated & had everything we needed. The property management group, Lilmar Properties, communicated extremely well with check-in & out procedures well ahead of time. We enjoyed the condo & pool, walked to The Village for wonderful restaurants & shopping, and used Massengale Park for beach access. We all had a wonderful vacation & birthday celebration! We hope to stay at this condo again in the future!

Great location and very nice apartment

I would highly recommend this property, we were here for a girls weekend and the location is great to walk every where. It is a drive to the beach though, about a mile away but if you want to be close to restaurants and able to walk the town this is the place to be. We will definitely rent again in the future.

This was a lovely, clean, updated, well-appointed condo within easy walking distance of the village & pier. We had a covered parking spot. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to the everything we wanted to do.
