SIX stars out of 5 for cleanliness. We travel a lot and I am uber picky about cleanliness. This is the cleanest hotel anywhere. Bed is hard. But the space is roomy--large enough between the living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom with a large closet that you could live here modestly but comforably. Personnel has excellent communication and very accommodating. We have been here three times when coming to visit family. We will come again.

This property is designed for extended stays and we only needed 2 nights, but it worked out very well. The office hours are shorter than a normal hotel, but the manager was great about asking when we'd arrive, which was after hours, and gave very clear and easy to use instructions on how to get our key out of a lock box. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and it was nice to have a full-sized fridge and dishes to have breakfast in the room. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Quantico.

Perfect location to visit my cousin and Fredericksburg! fast wi-fi for a work I had to complete. Wonderful that I had my own quite place so that I could get some work done before and after my visit. Great communication with the office manager.

Very good apartment style hotel
Was in town for FBI grad. Hotel is just a hair away from the other hotels in the area (like 4-5min down the road) off a small side street. Was pleasantly surprised by the room which is actually an good sized efficiency apartment with a living room, small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with work area. Check in was easy and pleasant. The property was immaculately clean. There is a small gym and guest laundry within the courtyarded building. I was only here for one night, but it's where I'd definitely want to stay if I had been in town for any extended amount of time.

This property was very clean and comfortable, and had easy access to rooms. Parking was close to all rooms. Fully equipped suite, included dishesWe had a small dog, and they accommodated us in one of the dog rooms. On the negative side, and very disturbing to us was the fact that the room was not ready at 4pm when we got there. After speaking to someone on the phone prior to our visit, I was assured that we would be in after 3. Unfortunately, it was close to 100 degrees outside and the only place with AC was the little gym. We sat on the treadmills with our dog for well over an hour. They did a great job cleaning and worked very hard, but could not cut us a break for the discomfort because "we booked through Expedia". We had to delay our dinner with family because of the delay.
