When I first arrived, I was not addressed right away. The staff had my reservation and took my card then proceeded to inform me that I would have to pay $20 for parking each night I stayed there. Why do I have to pay for parking at a hotel I'm paying to stay at?? Also, the staff did not inform me of where places were located, such as the pool, dining, bar, breakfast... When entering my room I noticed the kitchenette area did not have any utensils, towels, soap and not to mention that there was no dining area. Why have a kitchenette without a dining table. I did bring dinner with me and thankfully brought my own fork but had to sit on the couch to eat. In the bedroom area 2 of the lights did not work. The floor seemed dirty so I wear my socks the entire time there. For the price I paid per night I would expect better.

Room temp. was provided by a heat pump. It sounded like a jack hammer until it has changed from cool to heat & vice versa which was necessary due to the warm days and cold night. Noise level was totally a minus from an otherwise good room.

Great staff but hotel needs some help.
Staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very tired. Showers only have a half panel of glass so when you shower, water goes everywhere on the floor as well as extremely cold from open shower concept and no exhaust fan so the room gets filled with moisture and trapped heat. A/C worked well, first room toilet would not flush, no onsite maintenance to fix, so we were moved to another room that felt like a downgrade, let staff know and they moved us again to a third room where overall it was ok. Small fridge in room leaked, so we had to leave a bath towel under it so it would absorb the water dripping out. Decent parking in structure. The staff was top notch, extremely friendly, and helpful.

Years of Neglect
Booked this hotel after a wedding, so we didn't check in until late in the evening. The lobby was large and airy and it looked like it was going to be a good place. It was not. The rooms are SO DIRTY from years and years of neglect. Gross.

Not worth the price!
Hotel lobby was very impressive however our room was not. Very outdated. We had a handicap room and the shower was terrible. It did not drain and water on the floor. VERY dim lighting in room. Website said free breakfast—not true. Breakfast was nothing but fatty food. Had to pay for parking! Very expensive but definitely not worth the $$. However Daniel Willis was very nice!

Parking for check in is limited(2) but hotel is nice, clean, great location, has a restaurant, a shop and a bar. Due for renovation but great for the price.
