Stay far away!

Oh man, where do I start? This is easily the worst place I ever stayed. For starters my door wasn’t working. The floors are dirty. If you walk around, your feet get black. The shower curtain had mold. The staff doesn’t give out any information on themselves. Can’t get a name or anything. The guy who I was told was named “Cali” was absolutely disrespectful and rude. Maintenance came to fix the door but left the mess. He spent over an hour in my room banging to get it to work. Then I missed my dinner reservation because the door wouldn’t lock after he came. So I had to use a physical key to lock and unlock the door. They allow people to live in the rooms and there’s so much drugs and tweaked an outside at all times. No privacy between rooms. The dresser in the room is broken, and missing drawers. This place is absolute garbage and it has so much potential to be good. I will never stay here again and if I would have had my daughter with me, I would have left the day I checked in.

There was urine smell when I turned on the AC and cigarette marks on the bedsheets. The bathroom is not so clean and my sister got burnt because of the hot water from the sink. The lady who runs the place is really nice but I guess I chose the wrong area to be in.
