We would stay here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was fully booked yet quiet and smooth check-in. Nice lobby lounge for relaxing and breakfast.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room, modern and warmly lit. Slept so well we almost missed check out Bit of extra wear and tear on the room but nothing crazy- we were so glad to find a clean and safe place to stay in Reno for the night. Thanks!

Pillows are flat
The beds are not comfortable as all Holiday Inn hotels. The pillows are the worst. Worn out and not comfy. If you are pick sleeper definitely bring your own pillow.

The check in was quick and friendly . The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a good variety of stuff to choose from . The two woman that helped us during the breakfast time was named Alejandra and Maria were very helpful and friendly . I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Reno and I will suggest this hotel to other people . This hotel gets a two thumbs up!!!
