I know it was a cheap place but the property was dirty. The room wasn’t bad, but the shower head was disgusting, had to go to Walmart to get a new for my stay. The staff was not friendly except a couple of house keepers. When I booked it said free breakfast, there was no free breakfast, they should have mention that as well. Saturday night, the room next door played music all night and could not get through to the front desk, just a horrible stay.

Dusty, dirty, it was actually sauce all over floor and on top sheet, toilet moves when you sit. The staff men at night are very fresh with women.

There’s absolutely nothing good about this place. The workers that they have working here have been here for a year and a half and has stated to us numerous of times that the lobby has been shut down since they have been working here they offer continental breakfast however it is not provided Due to the lobby being closed for updating property, but it’s been shut down for a year and a half. We have been here with two crews three rooms and they don’t even offer a weekly rate for us for being on storm work. I do not suggest this property to anyone they are knocking on the door at 11:00 AM to see if you’re gonna pay your payments knowing we have not failed to make a payment yet.

The non-smoking room was smoke-filled and when I asked for a true non-smoking room they said all rooms get smoked in. There was mold at the inside top of the door leading to the outside. Toilet was sticky from a cleaning product, as well as the bathroom floor. I stayed in this hotel about 7 years ago and was very happy with it. This time... not so much. I will never stay here again.

The pictures online are false advertisement. The property was infested with roaches and disgusting. My room light did not work and when the bathroom light was turned on roaches scattered. I did not stay of course and the manager refused to issue a refund.

They have their lobby clossed down for renovations. Have for over a year. I stay here cause its the cheapest usually. But breakfast? Nope and they arent doing anything to the lobby. Its a sheet over what i guess is the coffee machine. Pool, nope. These people lie about what they offer and have for a year. Again only have stayed here cause its the cheapest

Anywhere around the surrounding area is better. Smelt of smoke and mildew with roaches in the bathrooms. Cannot understand why it qualifies as a hotel on Expedia. Was unable to stay there for 10 minutes after checking in, and they haven’t yet gotten back about the refund I requested.

They cancelled my reservation while I was on the drive there. They said they called, but no one left a message. I showed up, and they told me they cancelled my 2 rooms. I had to scramble and find another hotel, on a game day, and I paid over double for the same day booking. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND!!

This is, unquestionably, the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in.They originally put me in a room that smelled like cigarettes had been smoked, recently. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread. I took pictures for later. I went down to the office to see about getting another room. I asked if the room, I was given, was non smoking. Sir, all of our rooms are non smoking. It smelled like people smoked in there, like it was their job. I asked if she had ever been in room 205 and she said no but she would go and check it out. When she went in, she said that they can't be responsible for other people smoking in the room and that she wouldn't charge me for the damage to bedspread. Really?? She did give me another room, which anlso had cigarette burns in the bedspread. I showed them to her as well and again she assured me that I would not be charged for them. She said there were no more rooms and I'd have to take this one. I didn't have time to argue and the whole town was out of vacancies, so I left for the event that I was in town for. Several hours later, I returned to room and pulled back the sheets, to find what looked like blood stains on them. I brought this to managers attention, and she asked me which sheet so she would know which to replace. I said, how about all of them? Then she asked me if I could change the sheets, myself.I said of course. I asked if there could be some kind of discount offered or refund, now for all of this craziness and she said no and left.

It wasn't clean stains all on the carpet dust build up on lamps and headboards. The toilet was unsafe it wobbled when you sit on it. Their wasn't any batteries in the TV remote I had to buy some. They advertised breakfast and the pool which neither was true. I also came across the window was cracked like someone intentionally left it cracked I felt unsafe after that. If their was rooms available somewhere other than here I wouldn't have stayed here but I had no choice. Their was roaches their was blood on the bathroom switch I have pictures. I would like to put a claim in for my money back please let me know what I need to do
