The room smelled strongly of mildew. The bed was broken, and the overall appearance was a run down dilapidated room. The only reason I gave it a 2 because of the friendly gentleman at checkout. Stay away from this hotel.

A surprising gem
While the building and halls look dated the rooms were quite lovely and updated with clean air, couldn't hear neighbors (barely could hear a family member's knock on our door). Staff were so friendly, probably the friendliest of any hotel we have ever stayed at. Good location. The breakfast was good and the woman who ran that area was so kind and patient with our kids and their trying to grab everything and making some messes.

The only main issue was no body wash or hair conditioner in the room. Didn't notice until too late. Maybe add some biscuits to the breakfast choices. Other than that the stay was fine. I was also charged before check in when I was supposed to pay at the property, not a big deal but someone else was planning to pay when we got there.

A nice place to stay
The hotel looks to have been recently updated. the staff was very attentive. Check in was a breeze. the beds were comfy and we had a great night of sleep. The area was quiet which is always a plus and a decent selection of dining options. Or kids really enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed breakfast. Would stay there again!

Adequate. Room was a bit unclean feeling because the floor was slippery ( like it had been mopped with dirty water). Breakfast was okay but lacked options (only juice available was apple, not as many food choices as usual). Elevator was smelly. Staff was friendly and we only stayed for a quick one night sleep so it was “okay”.

This was a very nice place and a good value. The only issue is the bathtub plug didn’t work so my wife could not soak her leg which is needed for health reasons after a long drive. A new room with a working tub was not offered. Otherwise a very nice place.
