Not even worth one star
The web site said sound proof rooms. Not at all. There was so many loud people, whining dogs and loud music I had to call the front desk after midnight. The bathroom walls, sink and bathtub were pealing paint makes everything look dirty and dingy. The door looked like someone had used a pry bar to break in. Then a Security guard knocked on my room because he didn't know it was occupied.

Its not what it seems like online
The room was horrible. Only one towel in room, the bathroom was falling apart. Online it shows the rooms being a nice and updated rooms, but what u get is a crackhead motel. Even the TV didnt work and no wifi connection.

La recepción fue muy buena solamente eso entiendo que es un hotel económico pero por lo menos las habitaciones deben de estar habitables , llegamos a un acuerdo y la puerta no cerraba bien amablemente nos dieron otro pero fue lo mismo no tenía cerrojo para poner seguro además están terriblemente sucios y en mal estado todo en general

My room was dirty, damaged and couldn’t get clean towels until midway through my 2nd day of my stay. The type of place that left me with the feeling that they might try to keep my deposit claiming prior damage as mine. That being said, the staff was nice enough and it was a place to sleep at least.

I wasn't even able so stay. The room they checked me into had the door kicked in and the only other room they offered me was full of mold. I immediately had a asthma attack. Not sure how they didn't know the door was kicked in and it blew my mind they even offered me the moldy room. Waiting to see if i get a refund. I had to book another room in town that wasn't really in my budget. Wish i could upload a pic of the door. They honestly should be ashamed of themselves and gave me an immediate refund. The lady at the desk said there was nothing she could do. Not even give me a receipt that i couldn't stay in the room or anything about what happened. If i dont get a refund im getting my lawyer involved. Its not even about the money. Its the principle. I wonder how many other customers have dealt with this. The proper thing to do would be sorry your room got damaged and we don't have anything else to offer you and refund me immediately.

I’ve been to bad places before, but I genuinely thought it couldn’t get worse until I came across this motel. We had to switch rooms four times before finding one that was even somewhat decent. The rooms aren’t standardized, and each one seems to have one or two amenities missing. Some have a fridge and microwave, and others don’t. The front desk staff even admitted that most rooms lack basic amenities. The majority of the rooms we saw had deteriorating bathrooms and were absolutely filthy. All of them had stained bedsheets, and one even had a missing window! You could literally hear everything going on outside. These rooms are advertised as “non-smoking,” but they all reeked of either a musty smell (like someone had just been there) or cigarette smoke. Additionally, there are homeless encampments just about 50 meters away, so we were genuinely concerned about break-ins. The only redeeming part of this experience was the security guard, who kindly helped us find a better room. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $5-10 on a nicer place. IT’S NOT WORTH IT. This place shouldn’t be in business until it’s fully fixed up and renovated. Details of the rooms we experienced: Room 263: Mostly clean, but the bedsheets and walls were stained, and the room smelled like smoke. Room 333: We couldn’t even get in. The key wouldn’t open the door, and from the outside, we could see it didn’t have a fridge, microwave, chair, side table, or lamp. Room 335: This room had no window, an ex

The water heater broke down only moments after I had paid the $30 additional to check-in early. They did not inform us, they waited for us to complain. The repair could not be completed until 2 days later approximately due to need inf to order a part from somewhere several hours away and the mechanic was not sure they could get the proper part or needed to “creat or adjust” a part the best he could. The repair nature property had no hot water. They continued renting rooms the entire time. The only notice you would get is if you read the paper hanging on the office window. That’s it. Nothing said to you when you pay nothing. I asked for the manager or owner and was told he was at the gym and he would be back later later that night but that he would be able to comp us a room/free night since we stay here frequently enough that they know us& we don’t cause problems so we just needed to talk to that main guy & would be comp’d. About 6pm no main guy @ front desk, we could not get towels, toiletries, a tv remote or extra toilet paper and there had only been a roll with a 1/4 left on it to use in room… that’s not really enough for 1 use. So we stayed in a room with none of the paid for amenities they say they provide. I had to hunt down housekeeping myself for everything with only 1ht to checkout. Freezing cold showers still & main guy said no he has a business to run & can’t be paying for things like free or discount rooms then he loses money when it just broke, he didn’t break it

Need bug spray and extra towels and toilet paper and soap amenities available 24 hrs a day for people that have an emergency situation or check in after housekeeping leaves. But even housekeeping doesn’t like to give you any and they will ask you to strip the towels and linens from your room yourself and if you are staying a few days they don’t even try to clean your room. Last nights reservation was for a friend in need and the room desired was full so we booked one night in a standard and this morning we booked and paid for the king room that was desired and the staff said you can not move from one room to another you must fully check out, leave the property for 5 hrs and then return to check in to next room with an additional deposit on a credit card that they hold for upto 10 days before the banks release it ( my friends and I all have different banks and credit cards yet they hold our money for 10 days the same regardless.) Door didn’t want to latch or lock, mirror had been stolen from the wall, tv didn’t work/remote didn’t even have batteries, the bed did not have blanket only a bottom and top sheet folded to look like a comforter, there’s bugs, the ac wouldn’t work properly and was either full blast fan simply pulling in the cold air from outside or not working. The temp dial did not really make a difference. The ac air warmed up as the temperature outside did also even though we had left it on 60 high fan. And some of the STAFF here are very nice but some RUDE.
