Upon check-in, the front desk staff were having a very heated argument amongst themselves. When I walked up, they stopped talking, but did not acknowledge me for a good 30 seconds although I was the only person in the lobby, standing directly in front of them, & they were doing nothing else but standing there awkwardly. The manager finally just turned & left. The other employee finally greeted me & began checking me in. He struggled with how to do so, so asked the manager for help twice, who was very rude to him about needing to do so, & again, paid no attention to me whatsoever. The entire process took 30 minutes just to check me in for a pre-booked room. They also charged me an additional $25 holding fee to my card for incidentals, which has yet to be returned.
