Our room was very beat up with a hook in the bathroom pulled out and nothing done to repair it, wallpaper peeling, furniture broken, stained and tattered rug. Disappointed indeed.

I wouldn't expect a broken toilet seat and broken shampoo and sour soap dispensers in a 300 dollar a night Hotel. Love the fact that it had indoor balconies though. The room itself was clean and comfortable

Everything except the bed was great! The bed was too firm and I woke up with a backache both mornings. Restaurant/Bar was so good! Otherwise, it was amazing! Oh….and LOVED the shower!
