This place is in desperate need of a update/make-over.
We booked a 3-night summer stay with our 6-year-old granddaughter based on the description of 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, and a lake/pond out back with various boats to use. Upon arrival, we learned the outdoor pool had not been opened for the season, and the indoor pool was under repair. We were told we could "swim' in the pond, but it looked more like a cooling pond at a nuclear plant. Not a chance I would put my granddaughter in it. The room had flies in it.
On the flipside, the staff was kind and gracious, allowing us to cancel 2 of our 3 nights, for which I am appreciative.
