First off Michelle was awesome. But I have never had to speak with the front desk more at a hotel in two days in my life. I have stayed in hotels for a solid month more than once and haven’t even got to know the front desk person as much as I did here in two nights. Room, great, location, great, the biggest problem… the room keys worked maybe one time each… MAYBE, I had a total of nine keys made in two days and was only accessing the room in the evening, one key would work once, another may work after swiping ten times. It was the most annoying thing I have EVER dealt with at a Hotel. Finally we just left the sliding door unlocked and went in and out that. Lucky we were ground floor. Saw another guy in the office as much as I was. Breakfast was great, front desk staff great, get the stinking keys and locks fixed! My God! I would not stay again if keys are still messed up. Was in room 147.

Rooms were very clean , staff was amazing , always greeting with smiles and wanting to make sure your stay was amazing. Breakfast was so nice , especially at 6:30 am …Felt so safe there walking my 45 minutes around the hotel parking lot at 5:30am . Check in and check out was very quick . Our dog too enjoyed her stay .

The continental breakfast was good, lots of choices and a very pleasant attendant. The motel needs updating, door to room had lots of light coming in, phone didn’t work, lamp didn’t work. Housekeeping needs to check room more closely. Suggest they keep animals to specific room. We had to move because of barking dog and new room smelled like dog.

We didn’t even end up staying because it was so bad. We checked into our room with pee all over the bathroom floor. Horrible dirty smell. I hated to complain but I couldn’t stay in that room. Was moved to another that room was even worse. Dog pee smell that I couldn’t even with stand. Crumbs along the sides of the bed. We decided to leave and book with a Airbnb .

My second time staying here this year and I really enjoyed the quaint and peaceful atmosphere on the edge of Payson! The staff has been amazing, professional and very helpful with anything we may need although we didn’t need anything! This last visit was unfortunate for property as things happen and water heater went out but hey things happen and despite that I had a comfortable warm bed to sleep in and warm coffee in the morning while I did my morning walk around their beautiful property! Not to mention a cold shower isn’t so bad it’s been shown to be good for you! I don’t take one but the fcold water face wash was perfect! Thank you quality inn my father from Texas was visiting as well and he was very comfortable! We will stay here every time we come to Payson!
