Poor Customer Service
We booked online, we found out that was not a good thing. We used a 3rd party and they dont guarantee room choice. We requested ground floor as just had hip replacement when we finally were able to check in we’re told no ground available we had second floor only option. We were only going to stay the one night as we had to take all our luggage up stairs which was 2 trips for both of us (70 plus years old ladies) only to find when we got done no AC! Called front desk and lady came up to check it…no work we need to get you another room (but when we checked in no possible room available especially ground floor originally requested) My friend followed her back to office to get room…one desk clerk said “do you have to have 2 beds…yes! Her reply “we don’t have anything…other clerk said wait let me check and lo and behold a room on the ground floor which we originally wanted. So at this point ask if they had a dolly we could borrow to take all our luggage back to car to move…”No we don’t they aren’t returned and we lose them. I noted we will have to take all back down the stairs without help. Response was “ I guess if you want AC you will have too”. Remind you just had hip replacement could have used a little help or at least an apology for the inconvenience. Final note once we were settled in on ground all was okay except we have a rockin toilet. Needless to stay we will not stay at Quality Inn again CS was very poor!
