overall not a horrible place to stay, there was NO HOT WATER for our stay. Front desk advised us to run it that it could take a while but after 20 mins we gave up and cold showers was what we got.

I didn’t like this room at all. We reserved one with a patio and they gave us one that was upstairs, no patio, next to the cleaning supply closet, and smelled like smoke. Didn’t offer a discount or anything. Was very disappointed.

Experience could have been better. Pool was out of service. Expedia app told a lie according to the dront desk. Only credit cards are accepted. Housekeeping was nice but didnt clean room or bring towels on 2nd day. Breakfast was good. Pricing and fees always a mystery. Landscape also need help. Details are always hidden.

This motel is a bit older, but the accommodations are nice. Easy access to unload your vehicle, nice patio to sit and relax outside. The breakfast was nice with a lot of variety.

We’ve been coming here for 16 years, we really miss the pool, not much to do with out it. Check in was a little rude. Normally they are very nice, not this time. We are talking about taking our Payson Tradition to another hotel. Sad .
