"Good Location, but Poor Sound Isolation" I recently stayed at this hotel and found it fair for the price. The location is convenient, with a gas station and grocery store nearby, making it easy to grab essentials. The room itself was very clean, which I appreciated. However, the biggest downside was the sound isolation. Unfortunately, we could hear people walking in the room above us throughout the night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to keep this in mind. Overall, a decent option if you're on a budget, but I hope the hotel improves its soundproofing!

The person at the front desk was rude I asked for a room key and the one I had refused to work and she was rude, refused to work with me on the issue and stated that I didn’t own the room and I didn’t reserve it, showing proof that I reserved it and showed my ID

I did not like the attitude of desk clerk. Website said “pet friendly” and desk clerk said no cats only dogs allowed. Wanted me to pay $20 cash if she allowed out cat. I told her give me a refund because website doesnt specify no cats and if the cat can’t stay, we will not stay! then she said OK I use credit card this one time. She was not friendly and not hospitable and she charged me the 20 bucks. I think she was going to put it in her pocket. That’s why she wanted cash. It’s too bad because the rooms are nice, but the attitudes and the people suck

The room is disgusting. There’s mould all over the shower and there’s black hairs all over the white sheets.

Person at the front desk was not at all friendly or welcoming. Internet was not working. The same person said she did not know what the problem was because "I am not a technical person". Internet finally was usable the next morning. The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep on the couch. There was a very low spot in the center of the mattress. There was dried up food on the steps at the rear of the building. Finally, I am a senior, 77 years old, and asked for a room on the first floor. I was told that there were no available rooms on the first floor and was given a room on the second floor even though I arrived early enough that there were very few cars in the parking areas. The front desk should have made accomodations for my request.

Will stay again. Need improvements too.
This is the second time I stayed and overall it is good. However, the quality of the breakfast should be improved with the competitors. They should provide fruits and few varieties of foods. I had to call for an issue and the guy with a heavy accent could not understand. Better to have a people with good command and little bit polite to the guests. Also, wonder how 9 people can sit in the dining area. Would like to see if the management can demonstrate that. Other than, this is a nice place for the price. I would stay again.

We missed our flight and so reached hotel at middle of the night. We rang the bell and called reception. Lady opened the door and almost shouted saying you are not supposed to come after midnight and was very irritated through out the checkin process.
