The room had few options for storage, small closet, and minimal space to move around. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotel rooms with a family of four and this one felt cramped with two people. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible quality. The area around the hotel has a lot of shopping and food options but they are not safely walkable as there are no sidewalks on the road into the hotel. All of the staff I interacted with were lovely and always willing to help.

Fits well with where we go during our visit. We love the hotel, the breakfast, cleanliness. The front desk staff could be a little more engaging and/or friendlier; they barely spoke, weren’t exactly helpful.

By far one of the best hotels I stayed at in Sudbury. Will be staying here more often when I'm in town. The staff was great all around.... the room was excellent... only complaint is about the bathroom hair on the shower wall... pee stain on the toilet from someone who didn't lift the seat. (Cleaning service should of picked up on that.)

The service at this hotel was very good and the breakfast was average. The key thing that was really disappointing was how uncomfortable the beds were. The mattresses are in desperate need of being replaced. When the hockey teams are there it is very noisy and kids were running in the hallways.
