Our bath tub leaked, the remotes for the Tv had no batteries, the room had a bed and a small table that’s it, didn’t feel very cozy.

The room left a lot to be desired. The washroom had a tap that was quite lose, the stand up shower was a makeshift setup....but it was clean!

There was a bag of dog poop at our door from previous guest. Not as clean as we would have liked, there was some dog hair on the bedspreads. Some bed linens were grey. Not enough towels provided. The beds were comfortable, and good tv provided.I think they were trying to improve this run down motel, but they have got a ways to go. Coffee only provided in the am.

The property is not great all in all. It is very overpriced for what they offer. The AC is extremely loud and the rooms are dated.

Good location if you’re in need of a bed near the highway (69 and 17). Service good. Bathroom sink looks like it needs repair (loose tap). Water had sulfur / bad odour… maybe not an issue specific to the motel?

Reviews were good, but room we had was in need of deep scrub. Bed was ok, linens were clean, bathroom had dirt on door frame, dust in towel cubby, and mildew on grout. We had to unplug the refrigerator because it made an awful sound. Air conditioning worked but was noisy and vent cover was missing and dust was visible in the unit.

Staff was very good, clean rooms, convenient to get onto Highway 69 to Toronto but inconvenient when tired to travel back into Sudbury for food. Found quiet so slept well.

The room was spacious, but the washroom was awful, the floor in bad shape,toilet was loose, worst part there was a terrible smell of the water that I skipped talking a shower. I was holding my breath when washing my face.
