Someone claiming to be housekeeping tried to enter our room at 7 AM. They opened the door with a key, but we had the latch on so they couldnt open it all the way. They then asked if we wanted more towels before closing the door and leaving after realizing they couldn't enter. This both woke us up and startled us, and made us feel very unsafe.

Ive stayed here many times and always have a easy time and experience. Only time its a struggle is when there are a lot of younger ones and they are yelling at all hours of the night. Definitely enjoy my stay here every time i come :)

We were told our room was ready but when we went to our room, they were still cleaning it. We had to head out anyway so that was ok. When we did ger back later on (10 pm), parts of the carpet were wet. The carpets in the halls are quite worn & stained and walls are scuffed & damaged in areas. Staff was friendly

The gold coloured narrow throw was dirty on the one side. It could not be missed. They did not take time to change it. The beds were hard. No ice bucket in room had to go and ask for one, they said they would bring one up. They did but so much easier if one was in room. No phone book. The outside grounds was clean.

Perfect for what I needed. Beds clean. Other than brown smears on bathroom door. We had fun talking about the ceiling having a portal to another detention (ceiling patched up). The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We got a junior suite thinking a separate room would make different bed times/wake times easier to manage. With glass doors and no curtains or blinds, it was essentially one room - not a suite.
