This luxurious home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. (I also rent units 109 and 111 on VRBO 4441696 and 4441714 in case you need more than one home.) Our home is third from the waters edge facing Southwest. Lounge in your private hammock or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscaping and cool breezes on one of two balconies, dock or poolside, where you can soak up the sun steps from the house. Breathtaking southwest views of the blue-green ocean can be seen from the bedrooms and balcony off of each bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning in 2023 the cleaning fee is to be left for housekeeping upon departure. Current amount is $225. This is in addition to the price you pay via this site.

Your boat, up to 25 feet, can be kept at the dock for your entire stay in the calm waters directly behind the house. I pay for you to store your trailer off-site at Cudjoe Gardens Marina where the ramp is. Looe Key and American Shoal Reef can be seen from the house where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving reefs in the keys, along with the excellent fishing. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or you can venture out to experience the history and action in Key West located only 17 miles away. In the immediate area you’ll find several very good restaurants, a gym/wellness center, and Cudjoe Garden’s Marina, a full service marina offering boat rentals. The only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located 15 minutes away. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions.

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! Most everything we needed was there and what wasn’t we went to the store less than 8 miles away! When we come back to the Keys this will be my first choice of places to stay!

The home was great! Lots of things to do and it’s so nice to use the kayaks or snorkel gear without having to rent or travel on the plane with any extra fun stuff ~ it was already there! Beautiful Place On The Water!!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Beach Resort in Cudjoe Key! The condo is beautiful and just steps away to the ocean and pool. John was the perfect host and provided lots of amenities inside and outside (including kayaks and bikes). Loved that it was close enough for day trips to Key West, or just relaxing at the condo. Highly recommend!!

Great home and location!
Home was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for our family of 5. We really appreciated the thorough email before we arrived with information and tips for our stay. We were lucky enough to meet John right after checking in and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations as well. The home had supplies, dishes, etc that made the stay very convenient and the location was fantastic. We loved being within a fairly short drive of tourist locations like Key West and Bahia Honda State park without being in a congested area. Our family loved this vacation and will definitely be back!

Perfect location and property
Traveled to Cudjoe at the end of May for the sole purpose of fishing with a couple family members for a week. The home, however, was perfect for much more. While the marine amenities were fantastic for our needs, the property would also be excellent for a family with small children or a group of friends who wanted to do more than just be on the water all day. Also big thanks to John for being an excellent and responsive host! We will definitely be back.

Restful Accomodations After Fishing
The condo gave us all the necessary amenities to rest after 3 days of fishing. Location was away from the noise of Key West and 15 minutes from the marina for a day of fishing. This is our second trip staying at sunrise resort and we will probably do it again next year. Condo was clean and had no issues and was right on the water to accommodate boating activities.

This was a great place to vacation. Easy access to restaurants, recreation and Key West without staying in the hustle and bustle of it all. The owner was accessible and responsive as needed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Property was only about a 25 min ride to Key West. Location itself is clean, with all amenities, including access to kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards. Balconies were great as well. We went out on the kayaks a couple of different days and the water was calm and beautiful. Host was cordial and when I had a question, he responded via text very quickly. We will be back.

Great place to enjoy the keys
We definitely enjoyed the property. It was great being close to key west, but not in the middle of it. There was lots to do for the family on the property and we were close to beaches and attractions as well. There was a water main break and the owner was incredibly comminicative which helped a lot. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Christmas in Cudjoe
Quant home nestled back right off Hwy 1 (Overseas Highway). Beautiful scenery, wonderful accommodations! My teenage girls thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. Fun seeing the iguanas sunning on the dock. Very quiet. Easy drive down to Key West for shopping and night life.

Overall was great. Some of features advertised weren’t available. The pool was supposed to be heated and was not and had been broke since September. However we were not made aware of this prior to visit. Fishing poles were in different units not ours. Other than that would definitely recommend this place.

Great family trip!
This was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving. The house is very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having our coffee each morning under the house or down at the dock. We also took advantage of the kayaks multiple times! It’s an easy trip into Key West-we went twice. This house was a great location and had everything we needed. If we visit again, we’d definitely stay here!

Property was just as listed. Close enough in you could be involved with the Key West crowd, Far enough out you could get away. My only suggestion would be to put another sign out front on the other side of the driveway. Very easy to miss the entrance.
