Hotels.com lied to me
Hotels.com lied to me and scammed me out of $150. The hotel stay was nice, but I am extremely disgusted with the booking process. I accidentally n clicked December 16th and meant to click December 15th. They charged me an $150 for the booking mistake on top of the hotel fees. The customer service representative said “the hotel is charging you, not this website.” I asked the hotel person at check in and they said that is absolutely not true. The fees are decided by hotel.com. They just wanted to pocket the extra money even though I realized the mistake within minutes of booking.

They picked us up from airport. Can take you any place with in a 3 mile radius. They also took us to Local restaurant for thanksgiving dinner and picked us back up afterwards. Everyone was so nice and it made for a pleasant stay both times we stayed before and after our cruise.

The property is okay. Quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable but outside of basic slumber and shower, property is in desperate of an upgrade. You have to pay for breakfast which is over priced because the options are limited and the food is simply not good. It is buffet style and ive had more/better options at lower end hotels. Luke warm, sausage was rubbery and cold. No pancake or waffles options, barely any pastries. Or main breakfast items. Save your money. Even the oj was served warm. Entertainment/TV The tv in the rooms wont connect to the internet when trying to use devices such as a fire stick or roku which again is very disappointing when all they offer is basic cable channels which if we are being honest, no one watches anymore. So there should definitely be a way to offer streaming services to your customers. But they dont. Again that was a major disappointment especially if traveling for leasure. Overall okay place to stay if your just looking for a good nights rest and shower. Nothing more.
