Mixed Experience with Service and Amenities
My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired, though there were some positives.
At the restaurant, I waited 40 minutes to be seated despite being the only person there. I was told I hadn’t been seen, even though it was the same staff member who eventually sat me down. While I received a small discount for the meal, the overall experience was frustrating. After dining, I had to wait for my bill, which was mistakenly brought to me twice. Additionally, when a glass of water and ice fell to the floor, it took 15 minutes to clean it up, which felt unnecessarily delayed. Throughout my visit, I noticed wait staff using their phones and front desk workers eating in front of customers—both unprofessional and distracting.
On a positive note, Brandon and Minnett provided exceptional service, going out of their way to ensure a better experience. The shuttle driver also deserves recognition for quickly stepping in to take me to the airport after an issue with my appointment not being documented.
The room was clean and comfortable, but the layout lacked convenience due to the absence of a full-size mirror, which would have been helpful.
Overall, while the hotel had some bright spots, the lack of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail in the restaurant detracted significantly from my stay.
