When I arrived, I was able to check in pretty easily. I got up to the room and it was absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is about the bed, and that I almost felt like I had to use a step ladder to climb in! Seriously, the bed was comfortable and while the room was very cold when I answered, a quick change of the thermostat fix that send I am planning on returning in 3 weeks to El Paso and I plan on staying at this hotel.

This property is super convenient. Walking distance to airport. Next to a couple of restaurants. Fully stocked fitness center. I have stayed here before and this is my go to place when in town.

love the incredible work that’s gone into restoring this hotel. It’s my favorite place to stay in El Paso absolutely amazing. The rooms, the service, and the decor are all so thoughtfully done. I grew up seeing this building and watched all the work that went into making it so beautiful. I love how they kept original elements from the historic structure, it gives the hotel such a unique and charming style. The service is also incredible,everyone is so kind and always happy to help.
