Bad service!!!
My room had a bad smell to it. The room phone didn’t work. I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk. The TV in my room didn’t work. The coffee maker was broken. I called the front desk to replace the broken coffee maker in my room. They never came to replace it. Too many people hanging out in the parking lot drinking & making a lot of noise. Overall i was very disappointed.

Although this hotel is convenient for going to Levi’s stadium, it definitely needs some updating. The lobby is deceiving as it is fresh and new, but the rooms themselves are morel style and have old stained carpets throughout, drab curtains, holes in the walls, suspicious red marks in the bathroom and poor cleaning services. Rooms were not tidied daily unless it was asked for. Breakfast was included, but it was the same powdered scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes (if they didn’t run out of them), mini muffins and yogurt everyday. Coffee was a plus, it was quite good. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for.

I was only here one night for a 49ers game. The breakfast was a basic continental type and it was around a 49mins walk to the Levi’s Stadium and around a 35mins walk from the nearest train station which I got from San Francisco city. Theres a 7eleven very close and a bar by but not an awful lot else. It suited my needs for what I needed it for. There was also a swimming pool which would be good for sunnier/warmer days

Not the cleanest I've seen. No parking near the room, had to drag everything through a restaurant parking lot. Locked out of our room. Stayed two nights, never made up the room. I booked here because Ramada i believe was a hotel, not motel. Don't like outside access, prefer the door inside with locked doors at night.

We founded wrap for condos, toilet seat was brokent and when we left from hotel, 11/11 I forgot my bottle water in the room, after couples hours, I called front desk and he transfer to housekeeping and I talked to explained and she told me the room is ready cleaning but she left the bottle in the room, and the guy front desk, gave me key to go check, but she was layer to me, because was not there, and I have one towel in the bed, and she took too. I frustrated
