PROPERTY AMENITIES
Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Televisions, High Speed Internet, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows and Comforters, Iron and Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

Another successful family gathering!
We had a great time for our annual Thanksgiving holiday vacation! We had plenty of space for 10 people. I was a little concerned about the parking situation because we travel with a motorcycle trailer but turns out there was more than enough room. The entire process was simple and easy instructions to follow. It was a very short walk to the beach which we took full advantage of everyday even tried my luck at some surf fishing! Definitely recommend this location!

It wasn't cleaned prior to us visiting
I arrived at our rental for spring break with my family to celebrate my 10 year olds birthday. On arrive the pool was a dark green and filled with stuff from the over hanging trees. The AC didn't work on the 2nd floor and the floors instantly turned the top of my crawling babys feet black. The dishwasher was full of dirty diahes. The big bathroom had mold all over the grout. The smart devicea didn't work on the tv. There is no plug on the driveway for a golf cart. The pool was cleaned to a light green and the ac was fixed on the first day. All the other issues weren't addressed until it was almost time to leave. We got a small discount that was less than the cost of a cleaning to make up for the dirtiness. We also found 6+ roaches in the house and spiders. Yellow stains on comforters as well. While the floorplan was nice this house was gross. I assume the house wasn't used for a while so they forgot to clean it. The location was good though and we still enjoyed out trip.

This was by far one of our best VRBO experiences. Very clean property and super close to the beach. I think the only thing that would have made it better would be to relax in a hot tub each night.

A Great Time !
The house was clean and just as pictured. We had an incident w oven and the property manager took care of it same day. The pool was clean and wonderful after a hot day on the beach. The beach was a short walk with 3 yo and 7 yo . We will be back.

Love this house and location. 1 block from the beach and great layout. Would definitely rent again.
Need to get rid of tree hanging over pool. That would be the only downfall. The pool was so dirty almost the entire time and the poor pool guy!

Would stay again!
We stayed in the home for 5 days, check in was easy, home was clean, it was a very smooth process. We paid extra for the linen package, the bed count was not correct and we were short a sheet set. I left a message to the real estate company but unfortunately did not get a response. That was our only complaint, otherwise the stay was great.

Loved staying at this house. Clean facility and plenty of amenities for our family and friends. Good sized pool that made it worth our while. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay at Surfside beach.
