Capital Gains is a 5 bedroom/ 4.5 bathroom Surfside Beach House. This private home has 2 ocean view balconies, a private pool, and is only steps to the ocean. The home has plenty of space to spread out with over 3000 square feet and sleeps 18. Spend your days playing in the sand, taking in the sites, shopping, playing golf, or lounging at your very own pool.

This Surfside Beach home is located in the perfect Family Friendly location and has everything you need to have a fun filled vacation. A spacious open floor plan with new living room furniture, smart TV's, and hand crafted bedroom suites. The chef's dream kitchen has all the cooking utensils, pots pans, dishes you need to make your family beach snacks or a gourmet meal.

Baseball, family, and beach!
I can't say enough good things about this property and Southern Coast Vacations! Southern Coast Vacations called me a few days before our trip to assure we received all the check-in information and answered any questions we had. They called again on check-in day to tell us we could check in early. They even called a few days later after a big rain/wind storm to make sure we were ok and to see if the house was ok. That is above and beyond service, we were very appreciative! Here are some great things we have to say: *There was a welcome bucket of treats and a handwritten card :-) That was so awesome! *They had a few great fleece throw blankets in the living room, great for snuggling up. *They had a propane grill that wasn't in the listing, a big plus! *Lots of kitchen bonus stuff that wasn't in the listing; waffle maker, blender...fully stocked kitchen. *Lots of pool toys and beach toys/chairs/umbrellas *Corn hole (although we didn't use it) *Great entertainment area in the "carport" next to pool *sheets and towels (nice towels!) were included in the reservations *the pool was perfect!! And was serviced (routine cleaning) three times while we were there. The "pool boy" was very kind and professional. *Living room TV instructions would have been helpful, we struggled a bit *Ocean views with a beach entrance directly across the street. This made for amazing morning walks and coffee on the beach. *The front porch was another great feature and was utilized multiple times a day. The screened in porch was great when the bugs got hungry! *Surfside Beach area was spectacular. Beautiful beaches, quiet, a great neighborhood altogether. We can't say enough about this house. It was absolutely perfect. Our travel party was 10; 7 adults, and 3 kids ages 11-17. There was more than enough room for all of us. If we ever travel with a large group again, this property will be our #1 pick!! THANK YOU!

The house was nice and big for a family. There were a few hiccups with pool cleanliness and wifi and cable connection which we were able to get fixed by the next day and the company was able to accommodate for the inconvenience. Overall a good place to stay

We enjoyed every moment of our stay! With the exception of the neighboring home that was being renovated having an alarm beep most of the day and at 3am every night!! It was a different pm company that obviously stinks!

Christmas Staycation Surfside Beach 🎄
The house was just as the pictures. The first night (Dec 23 2021) the heating unit on the first floor went out and it was EXTREMELY COLD in the house. We contacted the emergency number and within about 3/4 hours the situation was handled, it only took that long due to the repair company, it was resolved. The tv in the room with the two queen beds did not work the entire stay, under the bed(s) there was a dead roach(s). I think the cleaning service could do a better job because the floors were NASTY especially under the beds. However I will rent from this company again with no hesitation

Great family retreat. Great access to the beach. Excellent property to host family or friends. The only problem my had was 2 tv’s not working. And someone did come out for the third one and get it up and running. Otherwise we had a great time look forward to going back.

The check in and out process was great. The location was just across the street from the beach. So many activities that were close by. The house " WAS SO CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL". I can't wait to come back and I will be staying at this same house.

We had a great week in Surfside Beach. The house is in a perfect location, across the street from the beach. Plenty of room in the house and by the pool for all 10 of us, lots of room in the driveway to set up our cornhole boards. Great house.

Loved the location and the amenities! Well equipped kitchen. Housekeeping needs to step it up a little especially in the bathrooms. Overall, pleased and would stay again. It would be a plus if pool was heated. It was chilly on the beach and water in the pool was a little too chilly for my young grandkids to enjoy.

This was our first time staying in Surfside. The house was great, very large, loved the screened in porches. Every bedroom had their own bathroom. The best part was it was just across the street from the beach access.

We stay for four days the place it is beautiful very close to the beach just a cross the street perfect location the kids and us enjoy the pool and privacy the parking it is right everything is close the stores so you can buy food or needs they have everything you need to cook ... The cleaning was not so good I had to clean tables and all the surfaces because of the kids 1 toilet was not clean either but besides that everything was fine I’ll recommended it the place it’s quiet and just right

Everything was amazing
House was very clean, and had everything we needed. Only 2 issues were the pool was only cleaned 1 time in the 7 days we were there, so we had to use the net to get all the bugs out ourselves. Also there was construction going on next door, which was not pleasant or relaxing to hear a saw going for 3 to 6 hours a day while you are trying to relax by the pool, on vacation. I know that's not the realtor companies fault, but it was annoying. Other than that things were amazing.

Excellent Family Getaway
Our families thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capital Gains. Our party had 4 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Being steps away from the beach and still having a private pool meant that we never hears anyone say they were bored. The house was clean and met the expectations set by the listing. We would stay here again.
