The hotel was in a terrific location; however, the parking was a bit confusing. The rooms were clean and comfortable but our bathroom was in need of an upgrade and felt icky.

Overall the stay was good. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and staff were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. No extras in the bathroom which was a bit disappointing

It was alright.
Upon checking in, the feont desk lady was not focused at all. She was very distracted by everything else. It was a bit disappointing but we were able to get checked in. Also this whole place is confusing to get around. Its kind of a maze to navigate through

The bedsheets had not been changed. Manager on duty took pictures of the hair lying all over the sheets and kindly changed the sheets. But at 11pm it’s very inconvenient. Then at 5am the alarm clock, which had not been reset, rang. Failures of housekeeping throughout. The partial compensation is useful, but I won’t return.
