Worst experience ever. The guy, Raphael, at the front desk is rude and very condensending. I wasn't aware of a deposit, so he decided to reply with a snobby attitude, that it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read. He then tried to clean it up and say that it wasn't his fault I didn't read the fine print. I was very frustrated because the deposit wasn't mentioned initially, and after he was tired of explaining it, he told me he couldn't give me a room if I couldn't afford the deposit. It was the second time he was being rude and condescending, and when I stood up to him and demanded a little more respect, he told me to leave if I didn't like it. Derogatory words were said between Raphael and I, and eventually, he ended kicking me out. This is a sorry excuse of an employee. After the police arrived, the officer said the motel have policies, but no one should ever experience the rudeness and insulting behaviors from staff members like I did. He didn't break a law, but he sure doesn't know how to be respectful, ethical, and/or professional.
