No one at the front desk had to call and wait for them to show up. Finally got my room and the shower was falling apart and had to kill about 10 cockroaches in the room

I have been to this motel several weeks now and even though when I first came, we had misunderstanding, the hosts are kind, generous, welcoming and make me feel like home away from home. They do their best to please their customers, and they are respectful. Check in and check out is easier. The price is reasonable compared to other motels and hotels near by. The hosts accommodated me several times as I sometimes accidentally choose the wrong room when booking for example smoking vs nonsmoking, and I appreciate them very much for their understanding and working with me. I will go back to and recommend this motel to others.

Staff was friendly. Property is old, musty and poorly maintained. Beds are comfortable and shower was decent…until a literal COCKROACH crawled out a broken conduit. Hotel is in a great location but definitely needs a deep clean and updates.

It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in the air conditioner didn’t work. The TV didn’t work and it smelled like mobile throughout the whole building.

Never again!
Musty, dirty and manager got upset when I requeted to see the room. No elevator to second floor. I got a lecture on I shouldn't expect much when I use an online booking service such as yours.
