Newer hotel near shops (literally next door to Costco). Unfortunately didn't start great as when we arrived (4pm ish?) my family and I walked in and stood by the desk. The two staff behind the desk had one member on the phone and the other looking at some papers. We stood there for approximately 90 seconds/two minutes before either looked at us or acknowledged us (there were no other customers in front of, or behind, us), when the staff member not on the phone then told us that their system was down and we'd have to wait for the other person (I should point out that those two staff members had spoken to each other a few times regarding what appeared to be a customer on the phone). There were no "hello"s, or "one second", nothing.
The hotel itself was clean, breakfast was a typical breakfast selection (although the staff in and around the lobby and breakfast that morning were super friendly), and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again, however I would point out that whoever stayed in the room next to ours put their tv on at midnight super loud and woke us up. That's not the hotel's fault however, and thankfully it didn't seemed to last too long.
