Quiet, clean, well maintained hotel right off the highway. The reception was friendly prompt and attentive. Well appointed room for its size. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast jad a good assortment of selfserve hot and cold options. The gentleman managing the eating area kept things clean and well stocked. He actually stopped to ask how everything was showing how much he cared.

Terrible experience... stay away!!
Booked this hotel for one night stay during a road trip, used hotels.com. I received confirmation email for the booking but when I reached the hotel, the receptionist said I didn't have a booking. I showed her the email, called hotels.com... after one hour of waiting until they were looking into what went wrong... I decided to just book a room myself...the receptionist then told me they had no rooms available. Utter nonsense ... I had to book another hotel nearby myself. They wasted 1.5hrs of my time at night... after a long drive... with my dog waiting and getting anxious. This was the waste experience I had with a Hilton hotel and hotels.com. Terribly managed, horrible service...traumatizing and never booking at another Hilton hotel. Stay away and book with Holiday Inn nearby... they are much friendlier and accomodating!

We stayed here in order to catch an early flight out of the airport and it worked great for us. The staff was respectful and courteous. The property is next door to a dunkin and there is a Tullys right down the street. Our room was clean and quite. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was worth the money for us and we will stay again when flying out so early in the morning.
