The incompetence of this place is truly a new low for me. The outside Security cameras do not work even though they swore me they did. My truck was broken into and the manager was not Cooperative. Then they charged me $30 for a stained towel out of the Security deposit When I’m on my womanly cycle, it’s not something that could be helped. The bedsheets were already stained when I got there. The floors were not cleaned and it’s infested with roaches. Overall, I do not recommend this place for anybody.

Always a great stay at Fairbridge Inn and Suites. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Really enjoyed my stay!

This hotel was mediocre. Fairly clean in appearance. Staff were not helpful at all and barely spoke English. Very hard to understand. The smell was HORRIBLE. Over priced in my opinion.

The listing online does not include information about a daily pet fee. I reserved a pet friendly family room which was supposed to have a double bed in the second room and indicated I had dogs. When completing check in there was a form about the fee. I asked the clerk if I had been charged the fee because I had two dogs and had not seen the fee on the Expedia listing. She looked at the paperwork and told me I was. She would only give me 2 keys for my 3 adult group and let me go. I was not given a copy of the paperwork. The extra bed was a bunk bed not a twin or double…. Not great for our 19 year old. On our final day a note was left asking us to see the desk. The manager accused us of hiding the fact that we had dogs ( which had been walked in and out in front of the desk multiple times each day) and was quite rude. They insisted we had not told the desk clerk and would have to pay the fee. We were charged three times by them…. The room rate we booked, a deposit which was supposed to have refunded which has not been and an additional 284 dollars. The total we were charged was almost double what we expected. While I’m not opposed to paying a pet fee being surprised by it, accused of lying when we did in fact tell them, and not getting the room we reserved…. Would not recommend, there are nicer hotels here in town which would have cost us less if all the fees had been disclosed.
