Great views framed out of the window and iPad controls for everything including mood lighting and music was fantastic. Beer selection at the 24hr bar could be improved but definitely would stay again!

Overall had a good 2 night stay. Only bummer was I got the lowest floor despite requesting for a high floor when booking few months ago ( I checked in at 7pm so could be my fault ) Cleanliness was actually pretty good. Bed was huge and comfy too. No frills but good enough. Location was fine, walking distance to various train station too. Lift was abit weird though, the buttons wasn’t sync. Room is super small but should be expected when booking. Overall would stay again, amazing view through the huge windows if u had higher floors!

Almost everything about CitizenM is en pointe. The only thing I’d change is their "self-check-in" process. In the name of expediency, it’s actually quite the opposite. Instead of speeding things up, it leaves travelers—already worn out from airport lines and customs—in a lengthy staring contest with a screen. It’s not enough to keep me from coming back, but new travelers, caught off guard, often look like stranded passengers on a deserted island. They quickly grow frustrated, looking helplessly at the dedicated check-in “Jedi,” who stand by just watching the hilarity unfold. What’s supposed to save time just ends up making the check-in process feel like near torture. Yet, I’m a repeat offender at CitizenM because the overall experience is fantastic. The second-floor lounge feels like home with its cozy mid-century vibe, and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

We had a great stay in Taipei for three days! The room was perfect for a short trip and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet on two of the mornings we were there.

Perfect hotel, the bed was wonderful. The employees very helpful and friendly. I will stay again. I also liked the independent cafes just around the curve and the conveniently located FamilyMart. Walking distance to Beimen station, Ximending & Taipei Main Station. Great cocktails. Good value breakfast with variety.

Very comfortable room. Love the large window in the room. The ability to control the lightning, blind and music with the in room iPad is cool. 15 mins walk to Taipei Main Station. Highly recommended
