It is 10:18 p.m. the noise in room 108 is so loud and so bad we called security my husband has just now is killing bugs in our room. When we called security they were trying to talk to a male subject in room 108 who was outside the door with a shopping cart. This is very awful experience we are in our seventies and trying to get some sleep. I have already contacted your customer service regarding our check-in big mix up, all Expedia did was give me a $25 future credit. This is unbelievable for a 76 and 77 your old couple.

Bathroom has drywall fall apart also had mold. Holes in bed covers. Tv remote did not work with tv. Reported tv remote and nothing was done to fix it. No person in lobby was all virtual. Hotel nothing like the pictures.. should be a 1start place.

The worst
When I went to my room the door was open and I had to step over the two items in the picture below when I did all of that I discovered the other picture below. I refused to stay in there! I also stated that it was a hotel but it’s actually a motel . I was very disappointed I requested a refund and went and found another hotel. I sent an email to yall and the hotel! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody

New flooring and some newer furniture pieces were nice. Bathroom was terrible, mold in shower, toliet seat didnt fit toliet, no extra toliet paper or tissue in room, lighting was awful. Iron did not work. In our first room it looked as if the shower was not cleaned after prior quests, there was shampoo or body wash on wall

First time staying at this hotel i liked it better than the baymont inn . Room was nice and clean loved how clean it was. Only problem was not knowing they charge a deposit to stay plus paying for the room but if you keep the room in shape they give you you’re deposit back the day of check out once they’ve checked out the room
