They had a huge number of FEMA guests that brought down the level of the overall experience. Never staying there again.

I had a disappointing stay ! 1) No working heater in room! I was in Tampa during a COLD spell. I slept with all my clothes on, shivering. And staff couldnt help to get it fixed, even though i asked them twice. No extra blankets, i was given thin sheets. 2) Clogged bathtub drain, with old hair still in it 3) Dirty shower curtain 4) No working coffee maker. Reception had no other ones to send up to room. 5) Credit card reader in reception wasnt working on 2nd day, i wouldnt pay for my water! 5) My first morning, there was no breakfast to be had at hotel; the staff had not shown up. And receptionist didn't know what to do. I went to work hungry. It seemed that the 3 different receptionist that i interacted with during my stay had little knowledge or authority on how to give customer service. They were smiling, but they didn't know how to handle. Cleaning of rooms (and checking that appliances work) is not being done thoroughly. When i checked out, receptionist just smiled and said goodbye, not asking how my stay had been! I didnt even bother saying anything more.

You get what you pay for, maybe a little less…
Had to wait in the lobby at check in to be called when person at desk was ready. Someone was getting arrested when I was walking in. No shower curtain, chairs or garbage can in my room. Bed was missing bed skirt and box springs were filthy. Air conditioner didn’t work. Would not stay here again for any rate.

The hot tub, the only reason I chose this property was broken. I tried to cancel on day of my trip two days before the cancellation deadline and the hotel would not refund my money. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

The only really nice thing was the little lake in the back of the property. The pool was dirty, the rooms need to be updated. the noise level was horrible, there was some woman screaming at the pool all night.For the amount of money i paid, i was expecting a little bit more. There were not enough towels or wash cloths, no ice bucket, no shampoo or bath soap. Just a bit disappointed

Elevator wasn’t working at first, hotel guest was in elevator with a bag of weed. As soon as we opened the door for the hotel the smell was horrible. Air was on low so it was hot and smelled of mold and smoke. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially for $200 a night. We left and have have requested a refund. Never again.

Below avg and under expectation
No blankets for the all the beds and couch Found underwear under bathroom sink. Lots of rust in bathroom. And missing kitchenet all together only one trash can Only one light worked in room . Shower would go from hot to cold and back to hot.
