I had a disappointing stay !
1) No working heater in room! I was in Tampa during a COLD spell. I slept with all my clothes on, shivering. And staff couldnt help to get it fixed, even though i asked them twice. No extra blankets, i was given thin sheets.
2) Clogged bathtub drain, with old hair still in it
3) Dirty shower curtain
4) No working coffee maker. Reception had no other ones to send up to room.
5) Credit card reader in reception wasnt working on 2nd day, i wouldnt pay for my water!
5) My first morning, there was no breakfast to be had at hotel; the staff had not shown up. And receptionist didn't know what to do. I went to work hungry.
It seemed that the 3 different receptionist that i interacted with during my stay had little knowledge or authority on how to give customer service. They were smiling, but they didn't know how to handle.
Cleaning of rooms (and checking that appliances work) is not being done thoroughly.
When i checked out, receptionist just smiled and said goodbye, not asking how my stay had been! I didnt even bother saying anything more.
