Elevator wasn’t working at first, hotel guest was in elevator with a bag of weed. As soon as we opened the door for the hotel the smell was horrible. Air was on low so it was hot and smelled of mold and smoke. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially for $200 a night. We left and have have requested a refund. Never again.

No blankets for the all the beds and couch Found underwear under bathroom sink. Lots of rust in bathroom. And missing kitchenet all together only one trash can Only one light worked in room . Shower would go from hot to cold and back to hot.

The area was not safe. Transients roaming around. Shade's were broken, water dripping from the bathroom fan constantly. Floors were not clean. Short on towels and no washcloth at all

Would not stay here again. Not what I would call super clean and my shower could not maintain temp. It would alternate from hot to cold for maybe 5 second each. I asked the front desk if there was issue with the building or just my room and they played dumb about it.

Very poor experience
Genuinely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. No hot water. Cockroach in shower. Noisy. Door key had to be reset every time we left the room. Breakfast was poor. I don’t take pleasure in saying this, but truly awful.

They had no washcloths. I literally met the housekeeper and she showed me that there were NO washcloths. The housekeeper gave me towels to shower with and to wash my face with. The remote to the TV didn’t work even after changing the batteries. The phone didn’t work either, no dial tone. Then to top it off, when I asked for a receipt, the guy said no receipt until we check your room. Really dude!! Will never stay at another one ever!

Not a great stay
The room was not in great shape. Burn holes in the carpet, burn marks on the furniture from cigarettes, the shower was clogged, lamp flickered even when turned off. The room was humid and musty. Woke up to clothes literally damp. When I went down for breakfast at 9:15, almost everything was out of stock already; no waffle mix or coffee left.
