Had to stay unexpectedly for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and professional. However the room was terrible. No housekeeping or offer of fresh towels. Air-conditioning unit was leaving a wet patch on the carpet floor.

Close to Raymond James Stadium, quick easy check in. Didnt like ice vending machine not working properly, ceiling in room had craxk in dryway with black substance noted and a musty smell! Poor supply of shower supplies for 3 people!

Okay, but not great

Fantastic location and really large rooms. However, the bathroom was in rough shape and the last night there was water dripping from the ceiling. We had breakfast there on Sunday, but only a few things were ready at 7:30. Staff is friendly but I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel.

Room was nice but had a funny smell to it. Breakfast was decent but a lot of options and the waffle makers was great. Pool was great but needed a little cleaning. Only real disappointment was the hot tub. The jets didnt work except for 1 and the max temp says 104 but wasnt more than maybe 70 degrees. The pool was warmer. Great quick stay for a great price.

I am so grateful for the gentleman that checked me in Saturday evening!! This was the best customer service experience and I left my phone at the front desk and he made sure to deliver it before I even knew it was missing!! Such a relief to be at an honest establishment, with nice cold, clean rooms!! The housekeeping staff deserve an award! I truly appreciated how clean everything was! The hotel could use some updating in certain areas but the customer service, housekeeping, property views by the pool (pretty exotic birds) just made this a great spot in Tampa! Please keep up the great hospitality and huge hugs to housekeeping m! not many hotels get this part right but country inn (those I’ve visited) have the best housekeeping teams; housekeeping teams are the all-stars of hotels! Muchos gracias!

Just a one nighter

So for the price per night you really cant ask for much, i guess. Its centrally located to Raymond James, the interstate, downtown area, etc. The front desk staff was pleasant and checked us in without any problems. The room smelled of mold/mildew and there was an area on the ceiling that looked like there could have been a leak at some point. Breakfast was a "hot breakfast" but a lot of food was empty or really over cooked. If you're looking for a place for the night on the cheap, i say go for it but more than one night im gonna be a no on that one.

Customer service was great. The room and stay were disappointing to say the least. As soon as we entered the room it had a very strong smell. It smelled like mildew. We couldn’t even stay in the room without having chest pains and feeling sick. Absolutely horrible, we ended our stay early.

I liked how it was conveniently located in Tampa and that it was in the back of the parking lot so it wasnt on the main busy road. Nice staff and helpful. Had a pond with walking path behind it which was nice to walk and see nature in the city! The path bricks were dangerous cause not perfectly flat and had to be careful not to trip in some areas. Lots of dead trees and damaged from storms so i do believe they should clean up the landscaping in the back of the hotel. Other then that i enjoyed my 3 night stay. Thank you
