It was more like a motel experience the bed was hard as a rock you could feel that it had no cushion had 2 terrible nights the room was very dusty the air didn’t work right it was super small the tub was dirty the sink was clogged up
This hotel really need some upkeep and maintenance.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Need’s updating. Towels, bedding, and furniture were dingy. Every lamp shade was dusty. Cute little prairie dog habitat behind the building but even that was sad because it was littered with trash.
Expedia and Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves for offering this location and not knowing what a wreck this place is. Makes me concerned about using Expedia again. Nearly $200 a night for a dump. Unsanitary breakfast area was the final straw. Had to go elsewhere for coffee and breakfast. Don’t even ask about the “room”. A homeless shelter would have been a better choice.

Just not a very well run property. The room was comfortable enough but seems that there was a lot of shady activity going on. The actual site of the hotel really needed to be cleaned up too. The highlight was watching the prairie dogs run around in the back.
I stayed two nights and will not come again. The first night I had very little hot water, in the morning I had none. A cold shower in Taos in the winter is not fun!! The room itself was clean, the hallways were not. The rugs were dirty and torn. It was difficult to open doors. The outside grounds were full of weeds and trash. The breakfast was unacceptable. You could make a waffle and have a bowl of cold cereal. There were two kinds of juice. If you wanted milk you used a large jug (meaning everyone was handling it). On the buffet the forks and knives were standing up so you had to touch the tines. The spoons were facing down. I was compensated 40.00 for lack of hot water. Some of the help was helpful, others help was not in their vocabulary. I will not stay there again.
The toilet water tank was leaking every time when flushed. So the bathroom floor was wet all the time. Very noisy and smell of food.

Would not recommend
The room was ok, bed was very hard! Had a pool noodle for the door sweep. Their breakfast was a joke. Nasty waffles and some cereal were the only offerings, and the kitchen area was a mess. They blamed it on COVID, but our friends stayed down the street and had a very nice complementary breakfast.
Overpriced for the condition and the service. The hotel needs serious updating. Heating/cooling unit worked but made a horrible noise thru which was hard to sleep. The breakfast options were cold cereal and look-warm coffee.
Worst stay of my 10 day road trip. Clerk acted like he didn’t want to even be there. Dusty room. Hard bed was fine for me though. Just not a very nice piece of property. Dead foliage in planters. Cigarette buts all over and 170 dollar price tag! Yikes. And it’s affiliated with Wyndham hotels! Very disappointed
Front desk Lady was rude! Room was dirty. God knows when the room was last sweeped. Let alone mopped. There was stuff under chair. I Disinfected the whole room with wipes. Believe me well needed. The dressers drawer where dirty. With dead bugs. Spiders in room. I will not ever stay there again.
The concert we were going to attend was cancelled due to COVID. Wyndham Days Inn Taos would not give us a refund or even a chance to stay again at a later date. I will never stay at this hotel again. Very bad customer service policy.
Overall outside looks of this place look like it was condemned. The bed weren’t fixed properly and the breakfast I wouldn’t dare eat. Never go there sgain
