Room was okay. Lots of cob webs hanging from bathroom beams. We did not have pets but very nice outdoor area and furnished poop bags. This is an older hotel but lots of charm and neat outdoor atmosphere. Hint- get a room either on the second floor or main level only. We had lots of noise heard from people above walking most of the night. Liked we had the bar and gril with nightly entertainment!

Lovely quiet place

It's a beautiful historic adobe-style hotel with a great breakfast and restaurant that is always open! There was good, but not overwhelming live music each night. Our room was huge with a view of wide open prairie to distant mountains out the back. It was a ten-minute drive into the center of downtown.

One night stay for business. Staff was kind check in and out, location is convenient, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It’s an older property but beautiful scenery. Would come Back for another stay.

When we arrived the room asigned was not good electrical issues smelled bad too. TV went out so we were moved to another room a lot nicer but still had issues hall carpet was very lumpy tripped a couple of times and lights didnt all work.

The property has no elevator. Difficult to carry bags up the stairs. The one bed had visibly dirty on top. Didn't need 2nd bed so I didn't complain.

The suite we booked was very spacious, clean and beautifully designed. The bathroom was disabled friendly. A person who uses a wheelchair can easily roll the wheelchair into the shower and it includes a shower bench. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and courteous

Have stayed quite a few times. The building across from the conference center by the pool is getting long in the tooth. Love the rooms. But no way to charge the phone. Curtains were missing/broken. Entry door that is supposed to unlock with room card was open, did not need the card. Love this place but it needs a little extra love from management.Staff excellent both at check in and at Restaurant. Food superior!

The staff is friendly and the room is clean. Too bad there are not some upgrades to this hotel, as it is rather quaint. The carpet is very old and kind of smelly. Needs new paint and some updates. Too expensive for the condition.

This is an older property. Unit is clean but older and on the outskirts of town, not much in walking distance. They do have restaurants on sight and staff was friendly.

Love this historic hotel. Love their art collection. Great beds. Noticed that the R.C. Gorman prints in the room need some TLC (repositioning the art in mats under glass). Hole in the back of the bathroom door where it apparently hit the toilet roll holder. Also the wood on the second floor walkways in the courtyard king area, some boards are spongy.
