To be honest the things I didnt like was the website does not inform u of deposit and parking/wifi fee. The website said they had shuttle to Fox Theater but, they do not and we paid another $30 for a ride to the Theater. The view from our room was the best. Bed was comfortable, big tv and we liked being able to walk to casino and Dunkin in the morning. Also, I own a cleaning business so I notice things, and I didnt feel that the bathroom was a 5 star hotel kind of clean.We would stay hear again for location & casino but, not for anything else. At least next time we will know the total cost ahead. IF U ARE STAYING HERE PLEASE USE VALLET PARKING because wether u park yourself in ramp and walk to hotel or use vallet, you PAY the $27.50 parking accommodations fee. Thank God we used vallet!! But I guess what do u want for $200 a night? Stayed at Candlewood Suites for half the price night before and I would of rated it 6 stars! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable. Right by all the shopping one could want.

Did Not Expect it To Be So Nice
Went downtown to catch a show at Fox Theatre. The rate was very competitive and an Uber or 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel exceeded expectations. Convenient valet services, the Hotel still looked new and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the Detroit Skyline. Will be back again.

Room was ok, floors needed a better cleaning. Our room was over looking the parking garage and lots of light shinning in at night. Bed not overly comfy. We got locked out of our room one night and the key stopped working on the elevators on a different occasion.

I woke up to a roach next to my head on my pillow alive and crawling. I immediately called from desk and grabbed all my things and exited the room. I took a picture on my phone with date and time and front desk filled out a paper and hasn’t contacted me since over a week ago. I wasn’t refunded for my room. I never even revived an apology.
