This hotel is in need of an update. you can tell it is almost 30 years old. Hardly a resort experience. I am just thankful it was off season and i didnt pay full season price. The beds are old, the showers are old. On this trip there was mold in the caulking of the shower in my room. The Bed was sunken in in the middle and not comfortable. The headboard on the bed was loose and felt like it was going to fall over. The toilet seat was loose or broken and the toilet barely flushed. The Staff was helpful and pleasant, they just need to update the old tired rooms

The property was clean and comfortable. We loved that we didn't need our vehicle because the gondola provided easy access to town and the hotel shuttle was readily rapid to provide a ride to the gondola.

If you have an EV, they charge it before they valet park it in their underground garage. Nice and clean rooms.

Place was great, the views were stunning! It was the perfect spot in the area. Close to everything but not so close that I felt crowded or uncomfortable. I think we happened to get a quiet weekend before the fall crowds. 2 semi big issues. The pool and hot tub were closed the entire time. I understand things break but I was looking forward to that and booked there because of the amenities. And what was worse was the chain sawing that happened every morning at 8:30. Don’t love waking up to that on my vacation instead of sleeping in to a peaceful morning. They should have closed during this time, gave discounted prices, warned guests or simply waited till at least noon to start. This is something that was in their control and chose to do which was super disappointing. Staff were lovely dealing with what they had. This was a poor management decision. Good luck to those who book. It’s great place if the amenities are working and if they aren’t doing landscaping or construction. And you probably won’t know when you book!
