My go to hotel for Temecula
Checked in and my husband said out loud he forgot to buy his mild for his cookies . Nicole heard this and offers him a cup of milk. She was so thoughtful. Also I also come here when I come to Temecula and the breakfast gal is always the same gal . She’s very meticulous and cleaning and feeling things up and polite and I just wanted to thank all the staff there for making our stay always comfortable.

Overall a great experience for a 2 star hotel. Clean rooms, no crazy smells, walls a little thin, but a responsive front desk. Decent breakfast options and a cool little automated espresso maker.

Just Okay
The staff was quick to help and friendly. When we got there, the room was still dirty, dust on the tables, something on the bathroom counter I had to scrub off with a Clorox wipe, the toilet had feces under the seat and our window had a bullet hole shot into it that they have not replaced. I don’t need luxury hotels when I travel but I wish the cleanliness was there at the very least. That’s the most important for any guest staying in a hotel.

Nice little hotel that was close to the freeway. There are a lot of restaurant options around near old Old Town. The hotel itself was clean with decent updated rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

Underwhelming
I’ve stayed here before and never had any issues. This time around I walked in to a room with a peculiar smell. Not quite overpowering but unpleasant nonetheless. The sofa was missing to sets of seat cushions so they replaced them with mismatched cushions that were flat. Floors looked as if they could benefit from a mopping.

Great hotel and town to visit and stay awhile
Check in for the 4th of July weekend on the 3rd 4 days 3 nights of bliss. Walking distance to restaurants museum live music ice cream. Liquor Dennys and Mexican market with restaurants a stone throw from the front door. Parked 2 cars and a bike and felt good about safety and could look out window and see them.

We were in town for a concert and chose to stay in Tukwila instead of Seattle. Element is close to the airport and Lumen Field. It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It has a bar open till late with good food and drinks. The breakfast that is included is also very good. We were very happy.
