My friend and I went for a girl's getaway weekend and it was just what we needed. Relaxing, fun and it was so super clean. Had such a good time there. If I ever go and stay in Temecula again, definitely where I'd stay again.

This trip was for an overnight stay for me and my husband. They literally stocked the room with one wash cloth! We ask for toothpaste and they told us to “walk down to front desk”

Good stay
First thing I noticed was the friendliness of the employees for the entire stay. Service was great. The room was dated, a couple things needed repair, but they didn't interfere with our stay. We enjoyed the evening reception, but you really need two bartenders so we didn't have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. Also the gym needed wipes for the equipment and should be cleaned up some. I would have liked to have seen a recycle bin or two, but maybe I missed them. Overall the stay was fine, we'd consider the hotel again if we return to Temecula. Location is good, nice neighborhoods to walk through around there, plus there's a guest laundry, a fitness center, and the free evening reception and breakfast.

Great People No Corporate Support
I am a fan of Embassy Suites first off. The service for 99% of my stay has been great accommodating and friendly service. This stay was no different, from checkin, assisting with luggage and evening reception to breakfast. But I feel since Hilton took over they are getting run down. I will not be returning to this ES in the future. Broken furniture and TV didn't work. Honestly, I feel bad for the manager and staff they are not given what they need to run a hotel.

Horrible Experience
I was supposed to get a suite and got there and got a regular room that seemed very small. They said Hotels.com made the mistake. The room was smaller than I’ve ever had as I’ve been there before. The sink backed up and wouldn’t drain. The shower head was wobbling and coming off the wall. It was extremely loud and I could hear people in the halls and above us. Probably one of the worst experiences

The location was good. The room was average . It was a bit noisy. The sitcom blows directly on you in the living area and also in the bedroom. The eggs at the breakfast is made to Order but the line is very long and not enough tables. That was a big problem during the holidays. They ran out of cutlery most of the times. The existing staff did the best that they can under the circumstances. Remind you that this hotel is a part of the Hilton group. We stayed there for 5 days. The first night we decided to eat in their bar restaurant. Our first 2 choices were not available !!!! We are not planning to go back.
