There is work happening in the lobby/continental breakfast area. This wasn't much of a bother. Overall, the hotel could be cleaner. Areas seemed a bit dusty/old. The baseboards need to be cleaned.

It seems the hotel is being upgraded. The loby was a bit messy and the pool area was not well maintined. However the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and accomidating.

Great place to stay with lots to do in the area!
We had a great time at the hotel which is close to the freeway and literally uptown and downtown Temecula. Couldn't ask for a nicer staff and our room was clean and quiet.

Great Breakfast
1st off, checking in was easy. Parking and getting to our room was also good. The shower is amazing. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is top notch. The staff is so nice and very helpful. The only downside was something sticky and gross on the dresser under the TV and the chair was a bit dirty. It was very loud during the night, but the hotel cannot help that.

Was told that the hotel was overbooked and the room I paid for was not available. Was given a smaller one with a roll out bed. The property manager denied a refund. Very disappointed.

Part of the hotel was under construction while we were there, but our room was already renovated. Very nice, clean and comfortable. We liked using the gym and the pool. The staff were also really helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great.
