Hotel needs a better manager
WELL WHEN WE GOT THERE I ASK FOR A 1ST FLOOR DUE TO ME BEING DISABILITIES AND MY SON BEING DISABILITIES AS WELL, THEY PUT US ON THE 4TH FLOOR. DUE TO ROOMS NOT BEING READY. AT 3PM THEN THE ROOMS CARPETS WAS STAINED ROOM HAD HAIR IN THE TUB. THE ROOM WAS VERY DUSTY THE COFFEE MAKER,WAS DUSTY AS WELL. I HAD TO BRING IT DOWNSTAIRS IT WAS FULL OF DUSTY AND FULL OF DUSTY. FOR 2NIGHTS STAY AT $500.00 DALLOR IT WAS NOT UP TO PAR, IT WAS NOT WHAT I'M USED TO IN A NICE ROOM . THE DOG'S AREAS WAS FULL OF DOG feces from the big dogs. NO DOG'S BAG'S I HAD TO GO TO THE MAIN OFFICE TO TELL THEM. AND THEY ALSO RUN OUT OF FOOD ON A LABOR DAY WEEKEND THAT'S SO UNACCEPTABLE.

Not clean. Mold in the corners of the shower. Smelled dirty. Not enough towels and wash cloths. Bed is very uncomfortable. This hotel use to be very clean and nice.

Nice room, good accomodations, very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. TV didn't work at all in the room and by the time we realized it, was 11pm and we were all unpacked and not in the mood to move. Otherwise the stay was good.

As Expected for Hampton Inn
Clean and consistent with Hampton Inns everywhere. Gave us the highway side, so fairly noisy. Also near elevators, but the thick soundproofing so nothing. Had ear plugs anyways. Breakfast was slightly rotated over 3 mornings, so did not get too bored with. They do charge $10/day for parking. Fine print. Ridiculous when one considers this is the exurbs with plenty of room.

1: a$10 parking fee that was not disclosed on their site. A parking fee in Murrieta? 2: Found what seemed to be either a pill or a partially used antacid under the ottoman. 3: closet doors falling off of the track 4: Spa out of commission The customer service was top notch however! A $130 room ended up costing $220 after taxes, parking and an outrageous $75 pet fee
