Staff so friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble and felt a welcome for us and our dogs

Second visit here, came last year in november. Itslovely little place for my two children, mum, dog and i to spend a wintery week in our favourite town. We had issues with the oven again but still had fab time . Ow

No complaints whatsoever and Huw was amazing serving up fantastic breakfasts and sharing his knowledge of the area and particularly restaurants

Very friendly staff and all the meals had first class ingredients and were swiftly served. The room was spacious with attractive furnishings. Powerful shower and very useful large shelf in the bathroom. Towels dried quickly. There wasn’t a grab rail in the shower which might worry some people. The hotel is only ten minutes walk from the train station, beach and town centre, but is delightfully quiet, day and night. I would definitely like to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the charming and beatifully renovated house that is Broadmead. Our room was comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent and the service attentive and warm. We highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean lovely bed and bedding. I was quite content to stay in and look out the window. Even the cutlery drawer was spotless which is rare. Would love to return.
