Amazing as ever. Cannot fault the location, staff, or general vibe of hotel. Whilst all of your collegues we meet when we have stayed previously have honestly been amazing, Ryan was flawless: it’s sometimes hard to know what makes something ‘extra’ in a place so already brilliant but he has it. Thanks to you all for making our weekend. Look forward to coming back soon

Absolutely amazing stay. From the start when we entered the hotel until the end. Amazing comfortable room, perfect food and loads to do for families. Pool is a must visit if you are holidaying there. Great inspirations for Halloween decoration - which our daughter found very inspiring and interesting. We hope to come back again hopefully for longer then 2 days.Special thank you to great team and amazing service from concierge and restaurant. Great welcome and help from Mrs Jarmila Kubicova. She gave us loads of tips to visit around the Newport. Thank you again.

It was a one night stop on our way from Western Wales to Cornwall and a much needed rest between our destinations. It was a perfect City respite for our road trip :)
