It must be Expedia who denied getting my e-mail for the cancellation of our last day's booking for Quality Inn not budging and denying they received notice of cancellation (I sent the email both to Expedia and "property owner".) Unsafe as someone keeps on clicking trying to open our door and lots of shouting and loud talking walking the halls. Room is reasonably clean but they did not bother to clean up spillages all over the stairs.

It's a perfect location to visit Craters Lake and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the stay. rooms are clean, surroundings are calm and quiet. I recommend it.
