Booked for king bed end up with queen bed, steel bed frame really cheap. No chair in the room , no shampoo or soap. Way too empty for a such nice place to stay

Linens/bed/pillows were very cozy and comfortable. Room had been modernized (several USB ports, newer shower/counters). Only "missing" thing was no freezer in mini fridge. Full breakfast was hearty and very adequate. Staff friendly. Check-in and out efficient. Overall very good experience!

Everything was good, but a blanket had like a yellow weird stain on it was nasty . Other than that Place is very nice and very clean smells good. It was overall enjoyable.

The hallways had a strong smell of mildew and chemicals. Then our room smelled reeked like someone paved the floor in asphalt. It smelled so strongly between the hallway in the room that it triggered my daughter to have an asthma attack. The first time something like that has ever happened. I had paid for two nights and they refused to refund my money. I guess I was wrong to assume that if you pay for a place to stay, it should at least be habitable and not harmful to someones health.

Not sure how this place has such great reviews. I didn’t even want to give it 1 star. We travel the country and stay in hotels often because my daughter plays basketball. As we entered the hallway to the elevator, the place smells mildewy. Went to the second floor and that hallway smelled worse- like being punched in the face with an industrial chemical smell paired with mildew. Then we entered our room and it smelled like someone paved the floor with asphalt in there. The smell was so strong it triggered my daughter to have an asthma attack after being in the room. That has never happened before. She has exercise induced asthma and this is the first time a place has smelled so strongly that it affected her. They refused to refund my money which is total crap. We had paid for 2 nights and couldn’t even stay in the place because it’s basically uninhabitable.

Weird hotel layout, great service
The room was clean and nice. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but that’s probably more a me thing because I don’t like firm mattresses. The getting to the room was clunky and outdated. The elevator was super old, and the hallways to and from the elevator were hot and drabby. Also, the layout of the hotel was really odd and inconvenient for being able to use the elevator. We were on the third floor, but the elevator was on the complete opposite side of the entire hotel from our room so we opted for the stairs that were closer to the room a couple times. Having the elevator more centrally located would be my biggest critique. The best thing about this hotel were the people. Check in and check out was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was blood drops on the sheets and blanket when i pulled the covers back. The staff didnt seam to thinkbit was a big deal nor refund my money of move us to another room. Just broght new sheets. Crazy how not one manger nor supervisor has contacted me. Me and my company will not be booking anythibg here again. Will take our business else where

This was a great value. The price was a lot lower than other hotels in the area but the room was large with a comfortable king bed and a walk-in shower. The a/c could have been quieter.

One night stay while traveling
Room was clean and comfortable. Door looked like it was kicked in at one point, and patched on the outside and inside with steel, with screws accessible from both sides. There was a fist size whole beneath the window. Overall with the discount, it served its purpose

Would stay there again
For a 2 1/2 star hotel, it was superb! Everything was clean. The area around it, and the view were industrial, and not quite appealing. Inside, though, all was great. I loved the shower (not a bathtub) and the mattress.
