The property was clean and actually looked like the pictures on the website. When I checked in, I had to use a kiosk with a person on the other end who was in Mumbai, India. It was a unique experience. Definitely a hotel of the future in todays times. I would definitely stay here again, very reasonably priced.
As senior citizens we requested a room on the first floor. We were given a second room floor with no elevator. We had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs and it was extremely difficult and physically painful. No accommodations for people with disabilities!!!! If I could give a zero rating I would. Not to mention we had to carefully carry our luggage back down all the stairs and I received a phone call to the room that said we had to leave because it was check out time!!!REALLY, we would have been gone but we had to carry our things out and climb up and down the stairs and still almost fell!!! ADA should be contacted about this issue immediately!!!
I arrived at the hotel in the evening and there was no staff. you had to video chat to check in. I wasnt a fan of staying somewhere where there was an attendant and anyone can walk in. Maybe if you would have been sent a code to get in but there wasnt. There was a guy sitting upstairs in a common area charging a phone and what smelled like smoking. he was there every night. Next our dead bolt didnt work. I got a different room. Next room was dirty and there was standing water in the shower and it didnt drain. I check surrounding hotels and everythig was book so unfortunely I had to stay here another night. Next room the toilet wasnt working and I had to call for someone to fix it. Overall would not stay here again.
We were not aware that the entire property was tapped up and they were painting. All of those workers where staying at the hotel as well. We were on the ground floor by the side door was not a good place to be. There was a bad smell in our room and the a/c would come on and go off every couple minutes with a loud sound. This was not a present experience at all.
Very disappointing check in process, checked in on a Saturday afternoon, one would think a busy time for hotels and no one at the front desk. Only the automated kiosk, connected to some call center overseas.
Worst part was the AC was not working properly on a 90 degree day! No one to speak to since they don’t bother staffing the front desk on a weekend afternoon! AC unit just blows semi warm air and is noisy as can be….
Also, hotel was being painted on the exterior and all windows were completely sealed, basically the room was a windowless box.

I’m not crazy about checking in with a kiosk and using a worker at a remote location. I didn’t like the kiosk when this was a Motel 6 and probably wouldn’t have made the reservation if I knew it was the same property with a different name. That said this stay was a little better than under the Motel 6 name. Lou’s diner is across the street with in walking distance and is great.
Chair had uneven legs in the room couldn't sit in it without it rocking was hard as a rock as well as for staff no one was there when we checked in. No breakfast was a big disappointment
It was OK for a Red Roof Inn. However, we stayed on the second floor and the external stairs and doorway into the floor were not always secured as the door would drag on the door frame and the outside porch leaving the area unsecured!
Unable to sleep due to continual slamming of doors will never stay again. I learned there are guests staying weekly here & would suggest that they are removed from your list of properties
