After driving for 6 hours with my family, two underage kids ages 4 years old and 8 years old . I was denied check in because we arrived at 3:00 am. The reservation was paid, charge in my card. The hotel manager did not care about my ordeal with my two kids and say that it’s a hotel policy something I was not told when I booked with Expedia . I give Expedia and the hotel 0 for lack of understanding and a total disregard to a customer and family . Now, Expedia still have the indecency of saying that they will not refund my money, for a service a was denied . I will never use Expedia neither this hotel .

Beware if you have an allergy.
The Staff were great. The beds good and clean. The problem is the building mold in most rooms and the building was leaking water before the hurricane. I came away with a lung infection for 2 days there.

Don’t expect much
From the outside it looked updated, the room however was not and the hallway smelled kinda bad. The water never got hot only luke warm ( tried it at night and the morning ). The breakfast was lacking. There was cereal, waffles, and bread. I was disappointed since I’ve had such good experiences with other Sleep Inn’s.

Hard to find this motel. The air conditioner was draining water on the carpet. We had to put down an extra $100 to stay there which they said we would get it back a week after staying there. I didnt lke that!

The hotel was ok and quiet. Parking lot trashy. The rooms are not whats on the website. The bathrooms really needs some updating, lots of mold on tub fixtures. The light vanities almost completely rusted. The chair bed full of stains and very strong urine odor

Older property but not the worst.Not worth the price I spent for a weekend. not a great breakfast selection. Stayed weekend of the 3 days last morning and waffle machine(only thing hot) was broken. Decor rusty in room. Blood stain noticed by son on pillow.

Roach hotel
There were roaches everywhere! There was food from the previous guests still in the fridge and dead wasps on the window still. Also, the ac leaked so the carpet was wet.
