The staff was really nice, its the owner and management that did a poor job. We were evacuees from Hurricane Milton, thought we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. It was an honest mistake but we went adventuring the town the next day and they never callef us to get our things out. They told housekeeping [which she was great, attentive and empathetic - she even tried organizing items] was going to through our belongings and put it out in a cart in the lobby. There were items extremely confidential and important. No call or attempts to contact us and it wqs a violation of our privacy. We had issues finding some items, hard to do it all with two rooms of items at night and the owner refused to help and find out where house keeping would have put it. Cops had to be called. The guy was just a jerk. The rooms were atrocious so this was a blessing in disguise. We found another hotel for the same price gauge, what a difference. No mold. No huge water bubbles in the ceiling. I feel bad for the front office here. Look up at all the mold on their ceiling and they have to work in those conditions. The team deserves better.

Very noisy all night. Carpet had multiple large stains in the room. Lampshades were stained and moldy. Fixtures in room and bathroom were rusted.

Elevator was slow. Staff was friendly, but hotel seemed understaffed. For checking in at 10 pm, the receptionist was away from the desk helping other guests. She arrived 15 minutes later.and was very efficient. We were stopped late, otherwise we wpuld have changed hotels due to a roach in the bathroom and something fast and small (assuming another roach) when I moved the alarm clock. Breakfast had limited options, but it was difficult to eat anything not prepackaged due to seeing the roaches.

It was awful the first room had ceiling falling down with mold,,, just nasty Moved to 2nd it was dirty with roaches all over, linen on bed was dirty and bed frame was dirty, furniture was dirty did not sit down, carpet was dirty and smelly, rust all over bathroom and light fixtures and old jetted tibe. Now I am sick with upper respiratory infection. I need my refund.. That hotel needs to be condemned ASAP.. Very unhappy and disappointed in service I received.
