We asked for a handicap room with a walk in shower as pictured when we booked the room for my 96 yr old mother inlaw that didn't happen...and we made reservations weeks in advance then right in front of us while we were waiting to check in I heard the desk clerk change the room for the people in front of us to a room that has a walk in shower and there was nothing wrong with them. Our room was horrible the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub that was missing the knob to turn on the water then we filled the tub up with hot water turned the jacuzzi on and it wouldn't turn off after we turned it off and the beds are old spring beds they were not soft at all like the pictures show you could bounce on the bed then when we pulled out the pull out sofa bed it was all rusted and the cover on the bed had rust all over it ..it was nasty...We will NEVER stay there again. Also after walking into the lobby to check in we all smelled a musty mildew odor wanted to leave but we already paid for the night for 2 rooms thank goodness it was only for 1 night. I don't usually give reviews but this one I had to because it's the worst hotel we ever stayed at. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

We arrived 20 minutes before check-in and the gentleman at the front desk told us that we had to wait until 3:00 to enter our room, but then was kind enough to let us go in. We appreciate this because we had been traveling and wanted to get our luggage out of the car, since it was only a few minutes until the check-in time. The room was clean. The bathtub could use another once-over though (jets and crevices). They accommodated us with plenty of towels and even a change of bed sheets. The only thing that made the stay less than comfortable was the fact that there was no hot water in the shower. Fully turned up, it got to slightly over lukewarm from the shower head. The bathtub faucet seemed just slightly warmer, so in conjunction my family was able to take a shower/bath but it was not enjoyable. The hairdryer did not work either, which bummed out my daughter. But not the end of the world.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to get ahold of someone over the phone regarding our booking, though. We had to pretend like we were creating a new booking then they answered rather quickly. The property could use some updating. There's a lot of mold on lamp shades and walls. Gym is very small and just offers some free weights, a treadmill, and an eliptical. Couldn't get the TV in there to work. Breakfast was a bit lacking, no milk for the cereal and no water. It seems like a very pet friendly hotel. And if you're just needing a cheap place to stay for a night, it will do. But if you can afford it, I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

The room was disgusting. Dirty, uncomfortable, old. Smelled musty. Stains on bedding, mattresses, towels, etc… Water damage all over room. And there was barely any hot water. Luke warm at best.

was satisfactory although the jetted hottub suite room in the photo was nothing like the room we got. the hot water was very inconsistent and the card system entrys function is inconsistent and breaks a lot which is annoying when your carrying items and you have to go all the way downstairs to get the card fixed AGAIN. I paid 6 dollars in the vending machine and all were out of date. I highly recommend you restock your machine with chips, poptarts and chocolate in. on the upside the room was clean, towels clean, very comfortable bed, internet ok, nice and quiet, staff helpful and friendly. overall a satisfactory stay, would stay again but I would not pay extra for a 'better room' because the suite you had us in wasn't worth the extra.

Went to check in, but could not because I was given keys to rooms of other occupants two or three times. The guy was very friendly however I felt like he was overworked because he was left there alone on a Friday night, which is one of their busiest nights. Please be advised do not stay at this property For it is nothing like the pictures. I would not drink water or use bathroom at this property. There is a lot of traffic a lot of nightwalkers that can make people feel uncomfortable.

The shower was luke warm with hardly any water pressure. Shower was very slippery. No where to hang dry towel while in shower. Bed was very low to the ground making it difficult to get up. We showed up 40 minutes early and were rudely told there was no early check-in. The staff member told us they were over worked and we wouldnt be checked in 5 minutes early. He could have said it was against policy and left it at that. Other staff members were friendly.

Filthy with bugs!!
We didn't get the room that was depicted. They room was dirty. Bothroom wasn't swept and there was smudges on the appliances. There was a hair in the refrigerator. Because of the condition of the room, I felt compelled to look at the mattress and found a bed bug. It was just one on one of the beds. But one's enough!!! When I told the man at the front desk, he wasn't even surprised. He told me it wouldn't be a problem getting my money back. But I still have not been reimbursed.

Room window was not locked, we were on the 1st floor. Had to slam it to get the lock to work. Hair in tub, dead bug in sink. Over all grimy. Towels were stained. Not at all a $150 night hotel. $70 a night at best!

Overall good stay , showers temperature was all over the place mostly cold. And the keycard ket not working. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast choices good, bed very comfortable, plenty of towels, bathroom toilet and shower dirty. Nice and quiet.
